Website Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026 Last updated: November 1, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information?

Compact Library Publishers (CLiP) operates LifeNotes (LifeNotes.org) and God’s Words (Gods-words.com) & (words-from-God.com). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit these websites or contact us.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Postal address: 134 Olivia Drive, Privacy email: ps@ws5.com Additional privacy request method: +1 606-324-2866

2. Information we collect and why

Information you provide

If you email us we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and message. We use it to respond, provide requested assistance, and maintain appropriate correspondence records. Providing this information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without sufficient contact details.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through ordinary email or website forms unless we have arranged an appropriate method for receiving it.

Information needed to deliver and protect the website

Our hosting and security providers process technical information needed to deliver pages, maintain availability, investigate errors, and prevent abuse. Depending on the hosting configuration, this may include IP addresses, request dates and times, requested URLs, browser information, referral information, and security events. This processing occurs independently of optional Google Analytics.

Hosting provider: APlus.net (HostPaPa) (https://www.hostpapa.com/privacy/).

Optional website analytics

Only after you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to understand website use and improve content and navigation.

Depending on the limited events enabled on this website, analytics information includes pages viewed, visit and event times, referral sources, basic browser and operating-system information, device category, approximate country or region, and randomly generated cookie identifiers. We use this information to produce usage reports.

Our analytics configuration disables collection of granular location and device data. We do not use GA4 to collect precise location, identify you by name, or deliberately collect the contents of messages or forms. We take steps to prevent names, email addresses, sensitive information, and identifying URL parameters from being sent to GA4.

GA4 uses pseudonymous identifiers. Its data should not be regarded as completely anonymous merely because we do not know your name.

3. Your analytics choice

Analytics is optional and disabled by default. We do not load the Google Analytics tag, set analytics cookies, or send analytics measurements—including cookieless consent-mode pings—to Google before you accept analytics.

You can accept or reject analytics using our consent controls. Refusing analytics does not prevent access to ordinary website content. Continuing to browse is not consent.

You can withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy / Analytics Settings” in the website footer and select “Reject all.” Withdrawal stops further analytics collection from this website in that browser and removes analytics cookies that our website can remove. It does not automatically erase information already transmitted. You may separately request deletion as described below.

Your preference is specific to a browser and website. You may need to set it again when using a different browser or device or after clearing browser storage.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal, we treat it as a refusal of optional analytics, including overriding an earlier analytics acceptance in that browser.

The older “Do Not Track” browser setting is not treated as analytics consent and does not change our separate opt-in requirement. We do not otherwise change our practices in response to that setting.

4. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small browser files. Local storage is another way to store information in your browser.

Item Purpose When used Lifetime
analytics-choice in local storage Remembers your acceptance or rejection of analytics When a preference is saved Until you change it or clear website storage; local storage has no automatic expiry unless our implementation supplies one
_ga cookie Distinguishes browser visits using a pseudonymous identifier Only after analytics acceptance Analytics default
_ga_<identifier> cookie Maintains analytics session state Only after analytics acceptance Analytics default

Preference storage supports the privacy choice you request. We do not use it for advertising or to measure browsing behavior. Browsers may shorten cookie lifetimes.

You can also delete or block cookies using browser settings. Deleting the preference record may cause the website to ask for your choice again.

5. How we restrict Google Analytics

Our GA4 implementation is limited to website measurement:

Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Network communications nevertheless involve processing an IP address to connect to Google’s systems, and Google can derive approximate geographic information before discarding it. This differs from the separate IP-address processing performed by our website host.

More information: - How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services - Google Privacy Policy

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies:

Where device storage is strictly necessary to provide a service you expressly request, such as remembering your privacy choice, we rely on the applicable exemption from cookie consent, including § 25(2) TDDDG where its conditions are met.

You do not have to consent to analytics to use this website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

7. Who receives information?

We disclose information as necessary to:

Google Analytics contracting entity: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, United States, and relevant Google affiliates may process analytics information.

We use appropriate service-provider agreements where required. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under applicable US state privacy laws. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.

8. International processing

We operate in the United States. Our hosting, email, and analytics providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live.

Where European, UK, or Swiss transfer rules apply, transfers requiring safeguards are covered by the applicable lawful transfer mechanism. For eligible transfers to Google LLC, Google describes reliance on its EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification and relevant UK and Swiss extensions/frameworks. Where appropriate and applicable, contractual safeguards include approved Standard Contractual Clauses and corresponding UK safeguards.

We do not treat your analytics acceptance as a general waiver of international-transfer protections. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information and how to obtain a copy, subject to lawful redactions.

See Google’s international transfer information.

9. How long we retain information

We retain personal information only for the purposes described here and for applicable legal obligations.

Where information must be retained for a legal obligation, dispute, or security investigation, we limit its use to that purpose and delete it when retention is no longer necessary.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, the applicable law, and any permitted exceptions, you may have rights to:

To submit a request, contact ps@ws5.com. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, with appropriate proof of authority.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority. We will not ask for more information than reasonably needed. Because we do not associate analytics identifiers with names or email addresses, an email address alone may not let us locate an analytics record. We will explain any additional identifier reasonably needed or any applicable limitation.

We respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within one month under the GDPR and within 45 days under many US state laws. We will notify you of any permitted extension and the reason.

If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal”. We will explain the outcome within the applicable statutory period and provide further complaint information where required.

European and UK visitors may complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority, including the authority where they live or work or where the alleged infringement occurred. German visitors may contact their competent state data protection authority. US residents may contact their state attorney general or applicable privacy regulator.

11. Additional US disclosures

For the preceding 12 months—or the period we have operated, if shorter—the categories of personal information collected and disclosed for business purposes are those described in Section 2: identifiers and contact details, internet or electronic network activity, and any other information you voluntarily include in correspondence.

Sources are you, your browser or device, and technical service providers. Purposes and recipient categories appear in Sections 2 and 7. We do not purchase personal information from data brokers.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through website analytics, use personal information for targeted advertising, or conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

Retention periods and criteria appear in Section 9. The rights in Section 10 apply to the extent provided by the law governing your request.

12. Children

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Where local law requires parental authorization for consent-based processing of a minor’s information, we do not knowingly undertake that processing without the required authorization.

13. Security and external websites

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we process. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

External links lead to websites with their own privacy practices. This policy covers our websites identified above.

14. Changes

We publish updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we provide additional notice where required. If a new analytics purpose requires consent, we obtain that consent before using information for that purpose.
